Hi I would like to call someone in nigeria but had no idea how much phone service had changed what is the easiest and cheapest way to go, my phone company wants to charge me 89 cents a min seems a bit steep to me.

A: You could try Skype, or another free internet call service. If the other person already has internet (or access to a public wifi hotspot), that would work.
