A-Best: it's in centimeters. Divide each number by 2.54 to get the inches around chest, waist, hips.

A: i doubt you would have a bustline of 89in. so i'd have to assume they probably centemeters.. the measurements are taken at the bustline, waist, and hips.

A: its her vital statistics in centimetres allegedly by the looks of it. Those particular ones sound unrealistically slim though, unless she is japanese or about 13:)
